Composition Roof
A composition shingle is a laminate shingle, also called a dimensional shingle, which is very popular. It is the most affordable of all roofing types. Composition shingles come in a variety of colors, textures, and styles. These shingles come with warranties of 30, 40, or 50 years.
Concrete Tile Roof
Concrete roof tiles come in a variety of colors, styles and textures. With a tile roof, you can choose a traditional or a contemporary style. The life expectancy for a concrete tile roof is marketed as a 50-year roof, however it is not unusual to have maintenance on a tile roof throughout its life.
Wood Shake Roof
A wood shake roof is wood shingles usually made from cedar. Cedar shakes are treated with a fire retardant and chemical preservatives for increased fire resistance and to prevent premature rot and decay in some climates. There is a 50 year warranty on a cedar shake roof.
Low Slope Roof
A self-adhering roofing system is part of a nailable base or self-adhering ply base with a top surface made to accept a self-adhering roofing membrane, self-adhering mid ply and a self-adhering cap sheet. This is designed for a flat roof with a pitch of 4/12 or less. This product comes in a variety of colors. The warranty on a low slope roof system is 10 – 12 years.
Raised Seam Metal Roofing
Metal Roofing is composed of aluminum or steel and formed into standing seam panels. The roofing material comes in a variety of colors and styles. There is a limited lifetime warranty on this product.
